Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer to support the DCSA One IT program, focusing on ITOM, SAM and HAM asset management, discovery, and CMDB. This role offers remote work with occasional on-site requirements in support of the program.

The ideal candidate will configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, manage licensing and assets, generate actionable reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and security clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 9+ years of ServiceNow development and administration.
• Secret Clearance.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, SAM and HAM modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery configuration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving and independent work.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certification - Discovery, SAM or HAM.
• IAT Level II Certification: CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE or SSCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ITOM processes and policies.
• Track and audit software licenses and hardware inventory.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends and risks.
• Generate reports on software compliance and usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights.
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and ITOM trends.
• Lead or participate in process improvement projects.
