The Packard Culligan Water St. Louis, MO dealership is seeking a Service Manager who combines strong technical and people skills to lead our Service and Route teams.

You will develop and guide Service Technicians and Route Drivers through coaching, hands-on leadership, and customer-focused training in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain assets, fleet, and equipment; achieve gross margin targets.
