Job summary

The Packard Culligan Water Phoenix is seeking an exceptional Service Manager with strong technical and people skills to lead our service team in a hands-on environment. The role emphasizes coaching technicians, improving processes, and mentoring staff to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals.

You will manage service operations, drive performance, and align team development with company targets while maintaining high standards of service quality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical and people management skills
• Experience in trades management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Resolve service-related problems and approve billing adjustments as necessary
• Ensure adequate after-hours response to customer emergencies
• Maintain staffing levels, workload distribution, and employee skills to meet business needs
• Provide training to ensure employees have skills and information to exceed customer expectations
• Develop realistic employee performance objectives tied to dealership goals
• Maintain assets (plant, fleet, equipment, inventory)
• Achieve planned gross margin and revenue targets
• Oversee the production plant
• Pursue WQA CWS-I certification
