Responsabilités

• Resolve service-related problems, approving billing adjustments as necessary
• Ensure adequate after-hours response to customer emergencies
• Maintain staffing levels, workload distribution, and employee skills
• Provide training to ensure employees have skills and information to meet expectations
• Develop performance objectives tied to dealership goals to support development
• Maintain assets (plant, fleet, equipment, inventory)
• Achieve planned gross margin and revenue targets
• Oversee the production plant
• Pursue WQA CWS-I certification
