Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to join our advisory teams. You will design, configure, and deliver Salesforce solutions for client projects, collaborating with architects, managers, and developers.

This hands-on role emphasizes direct delivery over portfolio management and requires strong problem-solving and client-facing skills. You will apply best practices in Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, support integrations and data migration, and contribute to end-to-end

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification with 4+ years on Salesforce.
• Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to support.
• Experience translating requirements into workable platform solutions.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter who can work independently and with a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery and draft Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors and Project Managers.
• Capture business needs and map current/future processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard features.
• Own and deliver assigned implementation workstreams hands-on.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and client status discussions.
• Build declarative automations, data models, and security/sharing rules.
• Support integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting with the team.
• Create test plans and support user acceptance testing.
• Document designs, deliver training, and deploy solutions.
