Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to lead hands-on delivery on client projects in the United States. You will design and configure Salesforce solutions, translate business needs into technical specs, and collaborate with architects, PMs, and analysts to drive outcomes.

In this role you will own workstreams, guide discovery, mentor junior staff, build scalable solutions using standard platform capabilities, support testing and deployment, and ensure high-quality

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce core products (Sales/Service Cloud).
Experience across discovery to deployment lifecycle.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work across teams and guide others.

Responsibilities

Participate in pre-sales discovery and define Scope of Work.
Estimate implementation effort with Architects and PMs.
Capture business needs and map current/future processes.
Design and configure Salesforce solutions using standard features.
Own workstreams and build solutions with Architects and Developers.
Lead discovery sessions and client status discussions.
Build declarative automation, data models, and reports.
Support integrations, data migration, and issue resolution.
Document designs, deliver end-user training, and deploy solutions.
