Steak 'n Shake McHenry is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced QSR environment. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes hospitality, food safety, and budgeting while guiding the team toward top performance and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the General Manager/Franchise Partner, you will manage shifting schedules, train staff, and ensure brand standards across all responsibilities. A strong people leader with KPI focus is encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Proven history of reliable leadership and tenure.
• Deep understanding of food cost, labor optimization, and KPI metrics.
• Hands-on leadership—comfortable working the drive-through or grill.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems and inventory tools.
• Strong physical stamina: lift 50 lbs. and stay on your feet.
• Professionalism on LinkedIn/profile and resume.
