You’ll own the P&L, optimize food costs and labor, manage inventory, and develop a talented hourly team. Strong leadership and a proven tenure in QSR are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of QSR or fast‑casual restaurant management experience required.
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization, and operational KPIs.
• Hands‑on leadership—comfortable working the drive through or grill when needed.
• Tech‑savvy with POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools.
• Strong physical stamina: able to lift 50 lbs., stay on your feet all day, in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Professionalism on LinkedIn and resume should align.
• Track record in hospitality excellence and adaptability within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, actively working the line across opening, mid‑day, and closing shifts.
• Maintain professional uniform and uphold brand standards, food safety, and service protocols.
• Own the P&L: manage food costs, verify invoices, and drive labor efficiency.
• Oversee inventory from back door to front line and ensure stock accuracy.
• Recruit, train, and retain top hourly talent with clear feedback and coaching.
