Qualifications

• 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• Deep understanding of food cost management and labor optimization.
• Hands-on leadership—comfortable working the drive through or grill when needed.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools.
• Strong physical stamina: able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
• Professionalism on LinkedIn and resume should match.
• Track record of hospitality excellence and adaptability.
• Minimum age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example—actively working the line, prepping food, and serving guests across shifts.
• Maintain uniforms and uphold brand standards, food safety, and service protocols.
• Own the P&L: manage food costs, control inventory, verify invoices, and reduce waste.
• Drive labor efficiency with smart scheduling and cross-training.
• Oversee inventory from back door to front line and develop a strong team.
