Job summary

Sally’s Apizza in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and lead daily operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting, ensuring guests receive warm, attentive hospitality.

The role requires a hands‑on approach, 90% shift engagement, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. ServeSafe certification and familiarity with Brink POS are a plus; scheduling includes weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a restaurant setting.
• Restaurant management experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work full-time in-person.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day restaurant operations according to company standards and policies.
• Directly supervise front- and back-of-house employees and maintain hospitality for guests.
• Uphold Sally’s Apizza culture and brand evolution.
• Serve as the point of contact for shift-to-shift team members.
• Mentor and train hourly staff to perform at a high level and build teamwork.
• Administer progressive discipline to hourly staff when necessary.
