Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Implement and maintain brand standards, food safety, sanitation and hygiene.
• Monitor and control labor and other costs to meet targets.
• Collaborate with assistant manager and team to ensure smooth service.
