Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory efficiently, managing orders and assets, ensuring maintenance is completed, and using strong decision-making to maintain cash control & security protocols.
