Qualificações

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth

Responsabilidades

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team
• Develop and support your people through coaching and growth
• Lead strong operations by upholding BK brand standards and removing roadblocks
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and ensuring cash control and security protocols
