Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
- People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to meet standards.
- Maintain BK brand standards and drive guest satisfaction.
- Support profitability by managing labor, inventory, and cash controls.
- Ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness in operations.
