Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and ensuring execution of brand standards. This hands-on leadership role requires working in line positions, coaching team members, and stepping into full GM responsibilities when needed.

You will supervise shifts, coach staff, and maintain a positive, high-performance culture while managing inventory, labor, and costs to achieve

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods.
• Experience with labor management, inventory, or cash handling is a plus.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient execution.
• Work alongside the team in all line positions to maintain speed of service and operational excellence.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist with monitoring product quality, equipment functionality, and store readiness.
• Help recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition.
• Lead opening, mid-shift, or closing procedures with accuracy and consistency.
