Responsibilities include training teams, managing inventories, and maintaining safety and cleanliness, while stepping into GM duties when needed. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods.
• Experience with labor management, inventory, or cash handling is a plus.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant execution.
• Work alongside the team in all line positions to maintain speed of service.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Assist with monitoring product quality, equipment functionality, and store readiness.
• Help recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition.
• Model hospitality and service excellence; resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Own inventory management, ordering, and waste control to meet cost targets.
• Manage labor by building efficient schedules and real-time adjustments.
• Lead opening, mid-shift, or closing procedures.
• Step into full GM responsibilities when GM is off.
