Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. You will run line, oven, register, and drive-thru during peak periods, coaching the team and keeping pace on a busy high-volume shift.

You will own people, product, and profit inside your four walls, build schedules, manage costs, and drive guest satisfaction with speed and attention to quality. Equal opportunity employer; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.
• Track record of personally running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts and lead line, oven, register, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
• Build labor- and demand-aware schedules; conduct performance evaluations.
