Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, to drive speed, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will work alongside the team on line, at the register, and during rushes, owning people, product, and profit in every shift.

You will coach and develop staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure brand standards in a high-volume environment. Equal opportunity employer and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High-energy, hands-on leader with proven restaurant ops experience.
• Experience managing labor, food cost and inventory.
• Proven track record of leading shifts on the floor, not from an office.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
• Work shifts alongside the team on line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction in real time.
• Execute company policies, procedures and systems.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
