Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This hands-on GM role requires you to work the line, register, and drive-thru during every rush, while setting the pace and guiding the team in real time.

You will own people, products, and profits in a fast-paced environment, coaching and developing staff, managing labor and costs, and ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GM experience in fast-paced, high-volume concepts preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop on-shift teams while maintaining brand standards.
• Comfortable managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations on the floor during rush periods and peak times.
• Ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards are met.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time, on the floor.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Build schedules that balance guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Mentor future leaders through on-the-job development.
