Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking aRestaurant General Manager focused on hands-on leadership on the floor. You will work line, oven, register, and drive-thru during rushes, set the pace, and lead from the front while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, manage labor and costs, and drive daily sales growth with a culture of accountability and speed on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in fast-paced concepts (QSR/diner-style).
• Demonstrated ability to run shifts and operate stations, not just supervise from the office.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations by working shifts alongside the team during peak periods.
• Ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff and shift leaders.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching; mentor future leaders.
• Monitor P&L and control labor and food costs to drive sales.
