Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor with a hands-on, player-coach approach. You will be the pace-setter during every rush, working alongside the team at line, register, and drive-thru, not directing from an office.

You will own floor leadership, train and coach staff, manage labor and costs, and uphold the brand's standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant leadership with experience running shifts.
• Proven ability to manage labor, food cost, and quality standards.
• Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations on the floor during shifts.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Monitor speed of service, guest satisfaction, and costs.
• Handle inventory, scheduling, and cash handling with integrity.
