Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This is a player‑coach role for high‑volume, fast‑casual dining, with you on line, on register, and on the floor during every rush.

You will own people, products and profits, setting the pace, coaching the team, and delivering on brand standards with speed and care while building a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts is required.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics is expected.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environments demand strong leadership and on-the-floor decision making.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts and lead by example during rushes, including line, register, and drive-thru duties.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed‑of‑service and customer satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
