Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk, to run a high-volume fast-casual operation. This hands-on GM works stations, ovens, registers, and drive-thru during peak periods, develops the team, manages P&L, and ensures safety and brand standards on every shift.

You will build culture through visible presence, coach daily, and drive guest satisfaction with speed and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, on the floor.
