You will own people, product, and profit inside your four walls, mentoring a team, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring exceptional guest experience daily on a high-volume dining floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant management experience required in high-volume concepts.
• Proven ability to lead from the floor and manage shifts in real time.
• Strong focus on guest experience, speed, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations and ensure brand standards.
