Reporting to the General Manager/Franchise Partner, you will own food cost and labor optimization while guiding a team through coaching, training, and performance reviews. This role emphasizes teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization, and operational KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership—willing to work line, drive‑through, or grill when needed.
• Tech-savvy with POS, inventory platforms, and invoice tools.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on feet in a fast-paced kitchen.
• LinkedIn/profile consistency with resume.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, manage opening, mid-day, and closing shifts.
• Maintain professional uniform and brand standards, food safety, and service protocols.
• Own the P&L: control food costs, inventory, invoices, and waste while optimizing labor.
• Oversee inventory from back door to front line.
• Recruit, train, and retain top hourly talent with coaching.
