Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality conditions and safe operations across communities. The role emphasizes customer service, budget adherence, and coordinating move-ins with the Community Manager.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on apartment maintenance experience, leadership skills, and HVAC knowledge, with a plan to obtain CFC certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of typical apartment maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff and handle customer/resident interactions.
• Basic HVAC knowledge with intent to obtain CFC certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with staffing, hiring, and performance decisions.
• Schedule work and supervise maintenance staff.
• Maintain safe working environment and ensure common areas are clean and in good repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facilities and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Educate staff on safety and OSHA guidelines.
