Job summary

Desert Aire is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the Dehumidification Assembly team in Germantown, WI. You’ll coach, troubleshoot, and ensure safe, high‑quality production in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires strong mechanical abilities, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to coordinate workflow while mentoring staff and collaborating with Engineering and Production Planning to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a manufacturing or production team.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with electrical components and basic wiring.
• Willingness to mentor and develop employees while promoting safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of assembly workers to meet daily goals.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and drawings to guide production.
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and priorities safely and efficiently.
• Foster a safety‑focused, accountable work environment.
• Train and mentor employees and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production Planning, and Operations to resolve challenges.
