Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train, instruct, and supervise employees to produce a quality product safely and on time.
• Provide work assignments, procure parts, communicate production demands, and perform audits.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce company policies and work instructions.
• Meet KPI targets for Quality, Safety, Productivity, Scrap, and On-Time Delivery.
• Use Lean tools to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
