Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably HVAC or related industries.
• 3 years of Production Supervisor experience (preferred).
• Strong motivation to lead, take ownership, and impact production operations.
• Analytical thinking with a drive to implement process improvements.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of production employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality and accountability through training and daily engagement.
• Manage daily production schedules to meet output targets and internal customer requirements.
