Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a driven Production Supervisor for its new air handling unit production facility. You will oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced Data Center environment, leading a team and driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, and throughput.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with 3 years in supervisory duties. You will apply lean principles, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop leaders while supporting plant ramp-ups and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 3 years of Production Supervisor experience (preferred).
• Strong motivation to lead, take ownership, and make an impact on production operations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of production employees to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability through training and daily engagement.
• Manage daily production schedules to meet output targets, deadlines, and internal customer requirements.
• Collaborate with site leadership to drive plant performance and ensure alignment with startup goals.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks in collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams.
