Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Senior Assembly Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you’ll oversee daily production operations, lead a team of manufacturing employees, and help maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Our team is in need of both a 1st shift and 2nd shift supervisor. This is a direct hire, full-time position offering competitive compensation across two shifts, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standards.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate production operators, technicians, and assembly workers.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Monitor product quality and conduct inspections and audits of finished products.
• Address production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality requirements.
• Enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• Coordinate daily production activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and support teams in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environment.
