Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1-year equipment operation, plant operation, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read gauges/dials and make competent decisions about processing equipment.
• Dependable and self-motivated; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pro-active in safety and works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production, quality control, loading and shipping.
• Plant clean-up and lubrication.
• Preventative and routine maintenance on mobile and plant equipment.
• Willing to cross-train in all plant areas.
• Operate plant-specific mobile equipment (e.g., Bobcat, Kubota, RTV).
• Perform daily pre/post-shift inspections and maintain maintenance log.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain good housekeeping in areas of responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
