Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I at West Deptford Rivercove Land, an 84-unit veteran community in West Deptford, NJ. You will supervise the maintenance operation and perform hands-on tasks to keep the property in excellent condition.

The pay range is $28.00–$32.00 per hour, with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on-call duties. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, CAMT certification, and strong supervisory, technical, and communication skills to serve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CAMT certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance or supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage a maintenance team and coordinate with vendors.
• Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and hands-on tasks.
• Develop work schedules for staff and vendors; manage preventive maintenance.
• Inspect property and address repairs to maintain operating standards.
• Participate in on-call duty during off-hours and emergencies.
• Ensure curb appeal and coordinate with Property/Regional Managers.
