Job summary

JP Management is seeking a hands-on Live-In Maintenance Supervisor for a property in East Brunswick, NJ. The role requires performing electrical, plumbing, and renovation tasks while coordinating vendors and keeping strict timelines. It's a working, field-based position with active duties daily.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, turning apartments, coordinating contractors, and ensuring on-time, rent-ready completions. Snow, fleet, and waste operations also form part of duties.

Qualifications

• Prior multifamily maintenance experience required.
• Strong hands-on electrical and plumbing skills.
• Experience managing apartment turns and renovations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Mechanical aptitude with vehicles and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and own tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovations and perform hands-on electrical, plumbing, and fixture work.
• Inspect vacated units and develop detailed punch lists.
• Oversee contractors for larger renovation scopes and monitor progress.
• Maintain renovation inventory and order materials.
• Support leasing by meeting turnover deadlines and vacancy timelines.
• Coordinate snow removal, landscaping, fleet, and waste management as needed.
