The position pays $28.00–$32.00 per hour and follows a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with on-call duties. CAMT certification and a strong customer-service mindset are valued.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient with technology.
• Current vehicle license in good standing per company policy.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform outdoor duties.
• CAMT certification.
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills for residents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse group of people and personalities.
• On-call availability for off-hours emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the property as a working supervisor across trades.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping, and trash management.
• Complete monthly building and unit inspections to ensure operating standards.
• Review third-party inspections and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Prepare work schedules for maintenance staff and vendors; manage PM program.
• Stay informed on maintenance programs and capital projects; solicit bids with approvals.
• participate in on-call activity during off-hours and emergencies.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed.
