Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team, ensuring high‑quality work and resident service.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff while promoting safety.
• Oversee service requests, work orders, staff schedules, and vendors.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and building inspections.
• Perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
• Review inspection findings, obtain bids, assist with capital projects.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and after‑hours emergencies.
