Job summary

MRK Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities at our Wesmont Station community in Woodridge, NJ. The role includes repairs, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and ensuring timely completion of work orders while maintaining high property standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years as a full-charge residential maintenance technician, with two years of supervising 2-3 staff, and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of three years as a full-charge residential maintenance technician.
• Two years supervising 2–3 team members.
• Ability to read, speak and comprehend English.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Flex schedule and on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities at the property/properties and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Restore vacated apartments to move-in condition for new residents.
• Inspect and maintain building and alarm systems; supervise contractors and inspect their work.
