Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate, an Atlanta-based property management company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team and handle hands-on repairs for multifamily communities. The role focuses on safety, preventative maintenance, and resident-facing service, ensuring high standards and timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate will perform 60-70% hands-on work, supervise vendors, and collaborate with the Property Manager to optimize property performance within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise associates and contractors.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to ensure curb appeal and minimize liability.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize/assign tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for marketing and oversee turn work.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on budgets and property performance.
