Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment communities. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, supervising a team and contractors, and ensuring safety while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance, EPA Type II certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage preventive maintenance within budget. Excellent organization and safety adherence are a must.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; multifamily industry preferred.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance; own vehicle required.
• Basic hand tools provided by candidate; general maintenance equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise associates and contractors.
• Assist Property Manager with Peak Simply Service Standards.
• Prioritize and assign service requests, monitor completion, and follow up.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and energy-saving measures.
• Manage maintenance inventory within budget; supervise vendors during turns.
• Direct workers in scheduled maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
