The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of culinary leadership, strong hands-on cooking skills, and a proven track record in upscale or high-volume settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional culinary/food service experience required.
• Previous kitchen supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on cooking skills across multiple stations.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, or high-volume culinary environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to a new kitchen and make an immediate impact.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily service.
• Work hands-on alongside the culinary team as needed.
• Assist with food preparation and execution across restaurant, café, and banquet operations.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, consistency, and timing.
• Assist leadership with menu planning, inventory, ordering, and supplies management.
• Ensure stations are set up, maintained, and prepared for service.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues during service and maintain an organized kitchen.
• Provide direction and support to cooks while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
