Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–15 years of progressive HR experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, compliance, recruiting, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and performance management.
• Experience managing HR within a multi-site organization.
• Ability to work both strategically and tactically.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct involvement in employee relations and investigations.
• Oversee performance management and compensation administration.
• Ensure HR compliance and policy development.
• Drive training and employee development programs.
• Lead recruitment and retention strategies for frontline staff.
• Collaborate with operational leaders on staffing and workforce planning.
• Ensure organizational risk management and audits support.
