Job summary

Cain Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership. The role requires hands-on involvement in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and offboarding, as well as benefits administration and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of New Jersey employment law, and hands-on experience with performance management and compensation planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey employment law.
• Experience in benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
• HR certification is a plus; professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and offboarding.
• Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment and HR operations.
• Lead performance reviews and support compensation planning.
• Guide managers through sensitive employee matters.
• Maintain policies and ensure compliance with New Jersey and federal employment requirements.
