The role partners with agency leadership on staffing needs, recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and organizational development, and oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, benefits, and leave coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years HR experience including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Supervisory experience leading staff and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HR department and staff performance management.
• Partner with leadership on staffing, recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, screening, onboarding and job descriptions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
