Hirenexus is seeking an HR Director / Head of Human Resources to serve as the senior HR leader and build a scalable people function in Mountainside, NJ. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR, experience supporting field-based, hourly and technical staff, and a track record of shaping compensation, benefits, talent development and organizational design to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including senior leadership in a smaller/mid-market organization.
Experience supporting a field-based, hourly and technical workforce is highly preferred.
Background in industrial services, HVAC, construction, facilities services or similar technician-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior-most HR leader and trusted advisor to the company's leadership team.
Build and professionalize the HR function with scalable processes, policies, systems and best practices.
Develop a people strategy aligned with growth plans and business objectives.
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
Lead recruiting and workforce planning, with emphasis on technicians and field leadership.
