• Oversee accounting and cash handling, ensure accuracy.
• Assist in driving sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy.
• Make informed decisions impacting operations, staff and guests.
• Communicate effectively to keep staff informed and motivated.
• Monitor local competition and adjust strategies.
