Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as AGM or GM in a lifestyle hotel setting.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong budgets, P&L understanding and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing leadership and hourly staff.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Must have Union Experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, bar, and banquet teams and ensure product quality, COGS control and guest satisfaction.
• Manage F&B operations with P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality and labor/budget.
• Train teammates to align with brand and company standards to maximize revenue and service culture.
• Maintain compliance with local/state laws and health, safety standards.
• Foster relationships with management company, property owners, clients and guests.
• Ensure hotel policies and brand standards are followed.
