Job summary

Cetusa is offering a 12-month internship/trainee program at a full-service upscale hotel near Pittsburgh International Airport. Starting in August 2026, the program runs 32–40 hours per week with $16.00 per hour and housing for two weeks.

Interns will learn all aspects of high-volume food service, assist in food prep, and advance supervision and management duties. Eligibility includes hospitality or culinary undergrad/grad status or recent graduation for internship, or foreign credentials with

Qualifications

• Advanced English is required.
• Applicants for Internship must be restaurant management or culinary arts undergraduate/graduate students or recent graduates within 12 months of graduation.
• Trainee applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign institution and at least 1 year of related work experience outside the United States OR 5+ years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of high-volume food service.
• Assist in preparing food for service (e.g., chop vegetables, butcher meat, or prepare sauces).
• Assist in preparing menu items under supervision.
• Advance management skills and supervisory duties.
