Qualifications

• Advanced English is required.
• Prior kitchen work experience is required.
• To apply for Internship: applicants must be restaurant management or culinary arts undergrad/grad or a recent graduate within 12 months of graduation date.
• To apply for Trainee: applicants must have a degree or professional certificate from a foreign institution with at least 1 year of related work experience in restaurant management or culinary arts acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of high-volume food service.
• Assist in preparing food for service (e.g., chop vegetables, butcher meat, or prepare sauces).
• Assist in preparing menu items under supervision.
• Advance management skills and supervisory duties.
