Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced English required; strong communication with clients and hotel staff.
• Must be restaurant management or culinary arts student or recent graduate within 12 months of graduation.
• For Trainee, foreign degree/certificate plus 1 year international experience or 5+ years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of high-volume food service.
• Assist in preparing food for service (e.g., chop vegetables, butcher meat, or prepare sauces).
• Assist in preparing menu items under supervision.
• Advance management skills and supervisory duties.
