Job summary

CETUSA is offering internship and trainee programs at a prestigious Dublin, Ohio location. Selected students or graduates will learn all aspects of food service in an upscale hotel, while upholding top quality standards in food and beverage operations.

Applicants must be hospitality or restaurant management students or recent graduates within 12 months, or hold a foreign degree/certificate with substantial hospitality experience. Advanced English and client communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or restaurant management undergraduate/graduate
• Advanced English; strong communication with clients and hotel staff
• For Trainee: degree/certificate from foreign institution and 1 year foreign hospitality experience OR 5+ years in field

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of food service in an upscale hotel.
• Aid in upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation.
• Understand menu content, changes, and promotions.
• Advance management skills and supervisory duties.
